The Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, has told Nigerians that the Police Department has launched a thorough investigation after discovering that Mohbad had filed a petition against Naira Marley and Larry long before his abrupt discharge.

In the midst of the controversy surrounding Mohbad’s death, Benjamin has pledged that legal action will be taken, as stated in their official statement.

So far, they have encouraged aggrieved civilians to expel patients while they conduct a professional probe into the matter.

During a live Instagram chat with Daddy Freeze, he stated that he was unaware of Mohbad’s petition because the headquarters where he submitted the petitions disregarded him, which most likely did not reach his notice.

Speaking about a possible autopsy, Benjamin asserted that Mohbad’s body can still be exhumed if justice fall to his grand.
