Chita Agwu, a popular actress, has joined the list of Nigerian celebrities who have recently been robbed abroad.
It will be remembered that Toke Makinwa, a well-known media personality, had gone online to lament suffering the same fate during her visit to London.
Yemi Alade, a dancehall artist, had a similar traumatic experience after being robbed of her cash and some belongings.
Chita Agwu stated that she was robbed in London, near Finchley Road station, and that the robber stole her bag, which contained all of her valuables.
She questioned rhetorically what the world had come to and how someone who had stolen from someone could sleep peacefully after what they had done.
The thespian added that she had found it difficult to sleep following the traumatic experience; it had felt dreamlike, she said.
